Reviews and Ratings
During my stay, I found the hotel to be quite large and comfortable, but the strong smell of tobacco smoke in our non-smoking room was a big downside. The Wi-Fi connection was frustratingly poor, making it hard to stay connected. The amenities offered were decent, but there are definitely areas that could use improvement.
The hotel has a decent size room that felt clean overall. Although the bed was okay, the toilet had some issues, which was a downside. The Wi-Fi connection was pretty spotty, making it a bit frustrating at times. On the bright side, the staff were nice, making the stay more pleasant, but I didn't feel they prioritized my experience as much as they could have. The location was good, being a short drive from the main onsen area.
I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. On the plus side, the rooms were large, clean, and offered an amazing view over the lake. Unfortunately, I did encounter some issues, like the toilet's water dipping and the Wi-Fi hardly connecting, which made my stay a bit inconvenient. Overall, it had its pros and cons, but I appreciated the spaciousness and view.
I recently stayed at this hotel and while it had some amazing views over the lake, my experience was somewhat marred by a strong tobacco smell in the room despite my request for a non-smoking area. The service varied; some staff were friendly while others didn’t seem to care much about guest experiences. The dining options were decent, but not outstanding. Overall, the scenery was lovely, but the discomfort in the room and the inconsistent service were letdowns.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was quite spacious, but I was disappointed by the lingering smell of tobacco smoke despite requesting a non-smoking room. The location wasn't ideal for accessing the main attractions, but the facilities did offer a nice pool area. Overall, it seemed a bit pricey for what I received, especially with connectivity issues with the Wi-Fi.
